Steve Marcus was a character in Dawn of the Dead. He is a cocky, selfish and rich survivor travelling to the mall along with eight other survivors.
Personality and Character[]
Steve acts very selfish and sarcastic throughout the movie. He does not get along with almost anyone, except with Monica whom he is having a sexual relationship with. Steve almost always declines from helping the group, which makes Ana hate him. However, he does help in some situations, such as when he helped fend off zombies who were trying to turn the buses over. He gains a little trust from the group after telling them he has a yacht they could use to travel to a deserted island.

After the car crashes, Steve is soon bitten and turns in to a zombie. He is shot down by Ana, who ironcally made him a promise earlier to do so.
